British pulled pork and chorizo stew
There really isn’t any attractive way to serve a stew and this is a good example however looks aren’t everything and for a quick pit stop meal it was good.
The stew to spelt rice ratio however needs to be the opposite way around in my opinion. 1 third stew to 2 thirds spelt just doesn’t sit right with me but either way, it was hot and it was tasty and great food for a cold winters night.
